It's that time of year - many of us have cabin fever after being cooped up for the winter and are reaching for our calendars and looking for festivals to visit.

Ohio publishes a festival guide - many of the festivals listed in it have a web site which lists more details. Most festivals are free, however, some do charge an admission fee. If in dobut, call ahead.
