Phone App - My Grocery List

Thanks to the American Heart Association, now you can create a heart healthy grocery list of items that are certified heart-healthy foods.  It's so easy and says you a ton of time reading labels!

When you see the heart-check mark on food packaging, you'll instantly know the food has been certified to meet the American Heart Association's criteria for saturated fat and cholesterol for healthy people over age two. It's a good first step in creating an overall sensible eating plan.

1) Find your favorite foods by Category or Manufacturer
2) Type quantity and click Add to List
3) Click Return, top right
4) Use My Items to type in other needed items
5) Enter e-mail address to save your list
6) Print List...and go

 For those who want to access on their web-enabled phone, you can do that too!
