Easy Chocolate Biscotti

Traditional biscotti contains no butter and is baked twice - first as a log, then sliced and baked again until it is hard. The idea is dip your biscotti in coffee or hot tea to soften it before eating it.

It's easy to make ......if you're feeling creative, dip one of the cooled biscotti in melted chocolate!
